The Barramundi Asia nursery expansion was designed and built to create the needed space to raise 1.8 million juveniles each year. The new nursery system is a land based salt water recirculation aquaculture system (RAS) that is equipped with all the technology you would find in a large scale grow-out system. These allow the juvenile fish to grow quickly in a controlled environment before being stocked in grow out cages.
